GENERAL RULES

  1. Parents/ Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school’s authorities for the growth and proper development of their wards.
  2. Parents are requested to encourage for self help in work and study at home. The children should be asked to do their work, themselves like polishing their shoes making their beds, keeping things tidy and with care, etc. The formation of such habits early in life inculcates in them the dignity of lab our and self reliance.
  3. The children should also be taught general norms of good behavior at home. They should be asked to speak and be spoken politely by the parents.
  4. The school have taken responsibility of getting most of the home work done in the school. But it does not absolve the parents from their responsibility and duty towards their wards. They must follow the progress of their wards by checking the home work given to the students.
  5. Parents wishing to convey any observation can write on the pages “Parents Observation” given in the diary. Likewise, they should also see the pages marked “Teacher’s Observation”.
  6. Parents are requested no to meet any teacher or their wards in the school without prior permission of the Principal. They are requested not to contact them on phone either. However, they are welcome to meet the principal on the days and timings specified.
  7. Parents should see that their ward wears uniform everyday as prescribed by the school in case of any eventuality, a letter showing reasons be sent through the ward.
  8. Identity card is to be carried by all students. Without card nobody will be allowed to board the school bus.
  9. Attendance: All the students must have 90% of attendance, failing which they will not be permitted to appear in the examination. However, the school authorities reserve the right of condoning the shortage of attendance on merit.

10. Leave :

  • Leave or absence up to three days should be entered in the “Leave Record” given in the diary.
  • If the student remains absent for more than three days, leave application must be addressed to the Principal and should be sent prior to going on leave.
  • In case of illness, for more than three days, medical certificate must be sent along with the application.
  • If a student remains absent for 4 working days without any leave application his/ her name will be struck-off the roll. He may be re-admitted again only after the payment of readmission fee.

11. Withdrawal :

  • Children once admitted can be withdrawn only at the end of the session if parents / gaurdain so wish during the session, one month notice should be given.
  • In case the T.C. is lost, duplicate copy will be issued only on producing an affidavit and payment of T.C. fees.
  • Students once admitted in hostel will not be allowed to become a day scholar.
  • Fees once deposited will not be refundable under any circumstances.

12. Progress Report : Progress report card will be sent to the parents from time to time. Parents are expected to go through it, sign it and return it to the class teacher within three days of their receipt. If the report card is lost the duplicate will be issued only on payment of Rs. 50/-

13. Conveyance : The Bus will stop only at certain places fixed by the school authorities to pick up the students. The students will gather at these stops within the prescribed time.
